Refund policy

We are a customer-first company, striving to provide the best quality product with a seamless experience for you. Still, sometimes things happen, so if there’s anything wrong with the item you have received, we will do our best to fix it and be satisfied.

If you are not satisfied with the Verivell device, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, plastics, and in its original, untorn packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the return costs and provide a tracking number to monitor the package’s location. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To start a return, please contact us at support@verivell.com. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your Verivell device does not function in a proper way, we will refund the cost paid for the item or resend a new device without any additional cost.

Exchanges

The returning item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, plastics, and in its original, untorn packaging. After the item successfully arrives to us, a refund will be issued and you’ll be able to place an order for the correct number of devices!

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
